RingoSpinner

Terms of Use

These terms cover Ringo Spinner, the free browser arcade at ringospinnergames.xyz. By opening the page and playing, you accept them. They are short, because the site is short: four small games and two policy pages.

1. The site is free, and there is no money in it

Ringo Spinner is entertainment, provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. There is no real money anywhere in it: no wagering, no betting, no stakes, no in-game currency, no purchases, no subscription, no prizes and no rewards of any monetary value. Scores are plain numbers on your own screen. Nothing in these games can be won, exchanged, transferred, redeemed or cashed out, and nothing here is gambling or a simulation of it.

2. No account, and nothing to lose but your scores

There is no registration, so there is no account to suspend and no password to forget. Your four best scores live in your own browser's local storage. Clearing your browsing data, switching browser, switching device, or using private browsing will remove or hide them. That is how the site is designed, and we cannot recover a lost score for you — we never had a copy. We accept no liability for progress lost this way.

3. Fair use

Play as much as you like, on as many devices as you like. Please do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, probe or attack its infrastructure, scrape it automatically, or modify the game code in order to publish false scores or a misleading version of the site. Please also do not present Ringo Spinner as something it is not — in particular, do not imply that it pays out money or awards prizes.

4. Content and ownership

The Ringo Spinner name, the page design, the written content and the game code belong to the site owner. You are welcome to link to the site and to share screenshots and recordings. Do not copy, resell, rebrand or redistribute the site or its code as your own without written permission.

5. Provided "as is"

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We try to keep it online and free of bugs, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, that every browser will render it identically, or that it will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from using — or being unable to use — a free browser game about rings.

6. Good faith

These terms are meant to be read plainly and applied reasonably. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the rest stays in force. Where something is not covered here, both sides are expected to act in good faith and in the ordinary spirit of a free game offered without charge.

7. Changes

We may update the games and these terms at any time; the date at the top always shows the current version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
